signaling through ligand-receptor-transcription factor networks
in scRNAseq data. It takes as input information transcriptomic
data, requiring counts, z-scored counts, and cluster labels, as
well as information on transcription factor activity (such as
from SCENIC) and a database of ligand and receptor pairings
(such as from CellPhoneDB). This package creates an object
storing ligand-receptor-transcription factor linkages by
cluster and provides several methods for exploring,
summarizing, and visualizing the analysis.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/bioc/actions/runs/38802964939</link><pubDate>Thu, 15 Oct 2026 16:39:30 GMT</pubDate><r:package>dominoSignal</r:package><r:version>1.7.1</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://bioc.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/bioc/dominoSignal</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>differential_signaling.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>differential_signaling.html</r:filename><r:title>Differential Signaling Workflow</r:title><r:created>2026-10-15 16:39:30</r:created><r:modified>2026-10-15 16:39:30</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>dominoSignal.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>dominoSignal.html</r:filename><r:title>Get Started with dominoSignal</r:title><r:created>2024-05-08 15:26:11</r:created><r:modified>2026-10-15 16:39:30</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>domino_object_vignette.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>domino_object_vignette.html</r:filename><r:title>Interacting with domino Objects</r:title><r:created>2023-12-20 17:44:27</r:created><r:modified>2026-10-15 16:39:30</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>plotting_vignette.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>plotting_vignette.html</r:filename><r:title>Plotting Functions and Options</r:title><r:created>2023-12-20 17:44:27</r:created><r:modified>2026-10-15 16:39:30</r:modified></r:article></item><item><title>[bioc] scatterHatch 1.19.0</title><author>adeshpande@jhu.edu (Atul Deshpande)</author><description>The objective of this package is to efficiently create
scatterplots where groups can be distinguished by color and
texture. Visualizations in computational biology tend to have
many groups making it difficult to distinguish between groups
solely on color. Thus, this package is useful for increasing
the accessibility of scatterplot visualizations to those with
visual impairments such as color blindness.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/bioc/actions/runs/39744249578</link><pubDate>Tue, 28 Apr 2026 12:57:22 GMT</pubDate><r:package>scatterHatch</r:package><r:version>1.19.0</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://bioc.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/bioc/scatterHatch</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>vignette.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>vignette.html</r:filename><r:title>Creating a Scatterplot with Texture</r:title><r:created>2020-10-13 02:52:16</r:created><r:modified>2021-10-11 19:50:48</r:modified></r:article></item></channel></rss>
